One Pronounced Dead after Single-Vehicle Accident near McHard Road

FORT BEND COUNTY, TX (November 10, 2023) - A solo-car accident claimed one life Wednesday morning along the Fort Bend Parkway Toll Road. The incident unfolded at approximately 10:20 a.m. near the intersection of McHard Road and FM 2234 on October 25th.

According to the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office (FBCSO), reports came in regarding a single-vehicle collision. Sadly, one person sustained fatal injuries. It's unclear whether emergency responders were able to transport the individual to a hospital or if the fatality occurred at the crash site.

As emergency teams managed the situation, the surrounding area was temporarily closed off for clearing operations. More details will be shared once they become available.
