2 Hospitalized after Rear-End Collision on Princess View Drive [San Diego, CA]

Two Injured in Semi-Truck Rear-End Accident near Laura Street

SAN DIEGO, CA (October 13, 2023) - Early Thursday, a rear-end collision on Princess View Drive resulted in the hospitalization of two individuals.

The incident transpired at approximately 2:00 a.m., near Laura Street. According to reports, a 38-year-old man operating a gray 2015 Toyota Corolla was traveling north when he collided with the rear of a parked tractor-trailer.

Emergency medical personnel transported both the driver and his passenger to a nearby hospital for additional medical attention. The driver sustained a head laceration, while the passenger suffered a fractured left arm and pelvis.

Preliminary investigations suggest that impairment may have contributed to the accident. However, authorities have not yet disclosed any additional information.
