Nestled between the standard suites at Crypto.com Arena is a hidden hybrid suite that is equal parts luxury and equal parts funhouse.

Hideaway is not your typical suite, as the moment you walk in, you're greeted by custom Gucci wallpaper, a mahogany interior, custom crown molding and art sculptures.

This is a really nice one. I can see why you guys wouldn't want to leave, said a Crypto.com Arena employee as guests slowly and reluctantly made their way out of the suite during the Lakers vs. Clippers game on March 3.



The luxurious feel is evident, but the Hideaway suite also features child-like entertainment within, such as an old Zoltar fortune teller machine, candy vending machines and even a claw game filled with a humorous mix of stuffed animals and adult-themed toys.



There is also a corner bar with a DJ setup in case the entertainment in the arena isn't grabbing your attention.

The suite is the brainchild of entrepreneur Matt Ampolsky and award-winning interior designer Tony Williams.

Designing the interior together felt natural and we were on the same page from the beginning, Ampolsky told L.A. Weekly. We have many plans for the suite including adding innovative guest experiences as well as inviting unique entertainment during events. So far, the initial impressions have been absolute shock and awe which is a proud accomplishment. We want to continue to build on this momentum.

One standard Crypto.com Arena suite was not enough for Ampolsky, as he knocked down the wall between two suites and combined them to create the 660-square-foot Hideaway experience, making room for all the provided goodies and extra space for exclusive guests, that have included the likes of the Logan Paul, Jake Paul, Charly Jordan, Eric Andre and Diplo.

You'll never know who or what to expect at Hideaway, Ampolsky said. We have had some of the biggest artists, athletes, and influencers in attendance. We incorporate unique surprise and delight moments into each event.

While Hideaway representatives would not disclose the price for guests to make their way to the secret suite, the renovations and design had a $2 million price tag attached to it, making it the most expensive in the arena.


Those looking make their way into the Hideaway suite must do so through the Granted platform, who Ampolsky is an investor in.While Hideaway is currently a mostly invite-only experience, Granted members can enter a wait list for a chance to get in during a Crypto.com Arena event.

We are already working on building this out in other arenas within the nation, Ampolsky said. So stay tuned.
