Angela Bray and Rodrigo Torres Killed, Princeton Ugwu Hurt in 2-Vehicle Crash on 58th Street [Lubbock, TX]
LUBBOCK, TX (December 20, 2023) - Angela Bray and Rodrigo Torres died in a two-car accident on 58th Street, Saturday night.
Emergency personnel arrived at the location just before 7:30 p.m. on December 9th, near South Avenue Q Drive. According to reports, a collision occurred on the 1000 block of 58th Street involving two vehicles.
The 41-year-old driver, Bray, was traveling west with Torres, a 23-year-old passenger, when they collided with another vehicle driven by 24-year-old Princeton Ugwu.
The impact resulted in both vehicles being pushed into three parked cars at the intersection. Paramedics pronounced Bray and Torres dead at the scene, while Ugwu was transported to University Medical Center for treatment. The LPD's Major Crash Unit is conducting a thorough investigation, and no additional details have been provided.
