Entrepreneur Chans Weber turned a fifteen thousand dollars loan into a successful digital marketing agency, now passing eight figure numbers in revenue. Previously known as Leap Clixx, Weber founded his digital marketing company Agile & Co almost ten years ago. Agile & Co is a digital marketing space that operates by using unique sales tactics, executing a very deliberate approach that produces high results for clients by tailoring solutions to their specific needs. Their methodology works by tailoring solutions to his customer’s exact budget, timeline, and goals. This is why Weber is the people’s digital marketer.
Chans’ background in marketing, finance, and technology has aided him in the success of Agile & Co’s data-driven marketing tactics. By breaking this research down and speaking in human language to his customers, Weber and his team know how to earn trust. Chans wants to create partnerships with his clients, not push a sale. Weber says, “I’m an entrepreneur at heart, and the fact that I get paid to help companies grow is what keeps my heart full.”
Gregarious in nature, there’s nothing that Weber wants more than to be able to keep growing with his team. Company culture is extremely important to Weber, and he emphasizes making sure his team knows their value. “I truly have a team that is better and smarter than I am,” he says. By using a unique hiring process and offering flexibility with his employees schedules, Chans has a loyal team and consumer base. Weber has plans to expand his sales team in 2023.
Chans continues to stay busy and has been featured on several podcasts, including "The Playbook" by CEO David Meltzer and "The Contractor Fight" with HGTV personality Tom Reber. Weber is dedicated to sharing his success tips with other aspiring entrepreneurs and venturing business owners and also spends his time working as a motivational public speaker.
With a credit score once under five hundred, Chans was not always successful. Determined to change his life and others, Weber was inspired to become a digital marketer, “Passion for the love of the way to help businesses grow motivated me. It still drives me to this day,” he says. Today, Weber is a paid key-note speaker and CEO. By maintaining a positive attitude, Chans kept his eye on financial freedom and continued moving forward through his hard work and perseverance.
