10-Year-Old Boy Hurt in Pedestrian Accident near Wallace Street

SAN ANTONIO, TX (October 25, 2023) - Tuesday afternoon, a child suffered injuries in a pedestrian collision involving a driver under the influence (DUI) on South San Dario Avenue.

Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene close to Wallace Street on the 3rd of October, arriving around 3:50 p.m.

Per reports, the driver of a pickup truck, a 26-year-old, was traveling west when he collided with a 10-year-old boy who was crossing the road. The driver then stopped and rendered assistance to the injured child.
