Enny Owl Recalls Florence and the Machine: L.A.-based artist and Weird Sister Records signee Enny Owl told us about her Florence and the Machine experience.
Enny Owl: In 2015 I saw Florence and the Machine live for the first time. Florence was headlining Austin City Limits and I watched her fly across the stage like the wind in awe. She was breathtaking. She commanded the audience so powerfully and I was so inspired. As someone with anxiety, I could feel the tension in my body slowly release itself the moment she stretched her hand out to the audience and told us to be free. Her stage presence makes her shows such a magical religious experience. Enny Owl Recalls Florence and the Machine: For more info, go to instagram.com/ennyowl.
Press bio: "WeirdSister is an independent record label and collective founded by Deanna DiLandro and Madison Hetterly in Brooklyn, NY in 2021. Sick and tired of the white dude music business machine, WeirdSister strives for a healthier label model to serve as a safer space for women, trans, and non binary people in creative industries. Today, the collective is thrilled to announce a west coast launch party taking place in Los Angeles on January 27, 2023 at The Goldfish, featuring performances by RAISSA, Enny Owl and Sage Charmaine. Tickets to the event can be purchased HERE." Editor's note: The disclaimer below refers to advertising posts and does not apply to this or any other editorial stories.
