Five Injured after Vehicle Crash Involving Ambulance near 7th Street [Phoenix, AZ]

Multiple Casualties Resulted Following a Rollover Collision near Northern Avenue


PHOENIX, AZ (October 25, 2023) - Early Monday morning, a crash involving an ambulance near 7th Street left five injured.
The incident happened on October 23rd around 2:15 a.m. involving a passenger vehicle and an ambulance carrying a patient.
According to the Phoenix Fire Department, the ambulance was carrying a juvenile with a gunshot wound when it got involved in a collision.
Furthermore, the impact caused the ambulance to roll over and end up on its side. Five people were transported to the hospital where four of them were listed in critical state, one person was in stable condition.
Moreover, the authorities said that all injured occupants range from 17 years old to around 70 years old.
No additional information was added at this time, and the crash is currently under investigation.
