Anthony Beverley has been through much difficulty growing up, so achieving success as he did has always been quite a memorable journey for him. Growing up in the violent and crime-ridden neighborhood of MillCreek Projects in West Philadelphia, he was faced with numerous challenges and struggles. Yet, despite these hardships, Beverley never gave up on his dreams and has become one of the fastest-growing black entrepreneurs in the United States.

With a net worth of $75 million, Beverley has built a portfolio of over 300 properties, multiple healthcare agencies, and medical marijuana dispensaries throughout the country. He has also been heavily involved in community development projects, working alongside his mentor and teacher, Joe Williams, to revitalize neighborhoods and create jobs.

Beverley's early years of homelessness and his interest in real estate led him to become a successful real estate developer known as "Money Shi" in the Philadelphia area. He and Williams have remodeled 1400 Pemberton, Bainbridge, and Kater Streets, turning them into high-end modern homes. In fact, they are currently involved in the building of Temple University, which will have 400 one and two-bedroom modular units with parking for staff and students.

In addition to his real estate endeavors, Beverley is also involved in the energy industry as a business partner with Ken Harris, the CEO of RDAF Energy Solutions. RDAF is one of the largest certified minority marketers of natural gas and power/electricity in the US and one of the few accredited minority companies to hold an active FERC license to market and sell power in the US. Beverley's role in business development has initiated efforts to provide power purchase agreements to large bitcoin miners and data center operators from Asia.

Despite his success, Beverley remains dedicated to giving back to his community and helping those in need. He has provided hundreds of homes for people living in the Philly area and has been heavily involved in efforts to combat the COVID-19 pandemic. Furthermore, he has also been featured in top publications like Forbes and Yahoo Finance.

"It is not always about money. Money does not define a man," he shared. "A person's success is measured by the things they have overcome and what they are doing in the world now." Beverley is a Christian and professes his love for God regularly, stating that he only surrounds himself with people that edge him closer to God, his dreams, and his life purpose.
