Hold On with Lil Kayla: Bay Area rising rapper Lil Kayla has released new single and video "Hold On" through Asylum Records/Atlantic Records.
According to the press release, "'Hold On' serves as the follow-up to her previously released single and visual 'Twenty-Three.' The single and visual also come on the heels of her first headlining tour that wrapped last month, Young & Turnt, which featured special guests Nef The Pharoah and Mally Bo. Stay tuned for Kayla’s debut project releasing this fall and more to come from the young star."
She's not messing around on this one, laying out exactly what she wants. "He's gonna eat it like his last meal, he's a fool with a tongue, you know how that feels... Hold Ooooooooon!" Alrighty then.
"She drops no shortage of head-turning rhymes delivered in a downright deadly cadence, but she also infuses her city’s distinctive West Coast bounce with a fresh fire all her own," continues her bio. "Attacking the beat with the unpredictability of a California Cobra, she’ll get raunchy on a verse, only to knock you out cold with a hard-hitting hook."
