What are the presale codes for U2 UV Achtung Baby Live at Sphere?

While the promoters of this series didn't issue presale codes, presale tickets for the U2 UV Achtung Baby Live at Sphere go on sale today, May 12 and here's how you can get presale tickets. Details are subject to change, and vary by event date:

Paid subscribers on U2.com can submit a ticket request for the new added shows, even if they have tickets for the previously announced shows. The window for these ticket requests start today, Friday, May 12 at 10AM ET / 7AM PT and end Monday, May 15 at 7AM ET / 4AM PT.

Verified fans: a limited amount of fans who were previously waitlisted will get first dibs for the new December show. Ticketmaster will contact those fans directly on May 17.

Sales for the general public should go on sale this Friday, May 19. Take note that details, dates and codes for the tour are subject to change.

What have U2 been up to?

The everlasting rock group U2 haven't performed that much recently, that's why this foray will be such a treat. This will be the group's first live shows in four years, and they've been teasing it ever since they dropped a Super Bowl commercial for it in February. The band is promising to deliver a one-of-a-kind experience with the show, as it is directed by their longtime collaborator Willie Williams.

The band claims their last tour -- the Joshua Tree 30th anniversary stadium tour -- was seen by over 3.2 million people, while their previous tour, the eXPERIENCE + iNNOCENCE indoor tour, had an audience of over 1 million people.

The band also released Songs of Surrender on March 17, an album which has 40 re-recorded and reinterpreted songs from their massive catalogue, produced by the Edge.
