20-Year-Old Man Pronounced Dead after Wrong-Way Collision near WW White Road

SAN ANTONIO, TX (November 1, 2023) - Saturday afternoon, Juan Manuel Pedroza died Saturday in a wrong-way head-on collision on Southcross Boulevard and South WW White Road.

The incident occurred around 12:15 p.m., on October 28th.

Officers say the driver of a Cadillac was heading west traveling at high speeds and crossed over the double yellow lines. As a result, the Cadillac eventually collided head-on with an eastbound gray Chevrolet Silverado.

Medical personnel later pronounced the Cadillac driver, 20-year-old Pedroza deceased. In addition, paramedics transported the truck driver, a man in his mid-60s, to a local hospital for further treatment.
