21-Year-Old Man Killed in Solo-Car Accident Near I-99 Interchange

FRESNO, CA (December 20, 2023) - Sunday morning, a single-vehicle crash along Highway 41 claimed the life of Luis Guinto.
The fatal collision happened in the area of Hwy 44/ 99 interchange near downtown Fresno.
According to the report, a southbound vehicle made an unsafe turn going left, causing the vehicle to drift into the center median.
Subsequently, the vehicle lost control and went down a dirt embankment, before landing onto its roof.
Responding emergency personnel declared the male driver dead at the scene. No other occupants were found in the wreckage.
Later, officials identified the deceased driver as 21-year-old Luis Guinto of Fresno.
