Dr. Andan is fellowship-trained in general cosmetic surgery for face, breast, and body procedures. He is also board certified by the American Board of Surgery and a diplomat of the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery. He is the founder of New York Surgical Arts, a premier medical practice in New York City. With over 10 years of experience, Dr. Andan has perfected his skills, performing thousands of major body and facial cosmetic surgery procedures.

Residency training was at The Columbia University College of Physicians at Harlem Hospital Center where he spend 7yrs in his surgical training. During this period, he also spent 2yrs at Columbia Presbyterian hosp as an NIH research fellow. Dr. Andan subsequently pursued a fellowship in cosmetic surgery. After his fellowship training, he had the rare opportunity to work at various cosmetic surgery practices in New York, where he further expanded his expertise in aesthetic surgery techniques.

Today, Dr. Andan's technical skill is matched not only by his pleasant bedside manner but by the professionalism, precision, and attention to detail that have kept his clients highly satisfied for many years. In addition, he adopted a strategy focusing on patient safety as their top concern at New York Surgical Arts. All their cosmetic surgery procedures are performed in their AAAHC-accredited operating facilities.

However, his biggest challenge was starting a cosmetic surgery practice from scratch with no money, bad credit, and being denied business financing. He had to work round the clock sourcing funds while keeping his dream alive. This included embracing unlimited perseverance, optimism, hard work, and picking the right team, which led him to success.

Patience, sacrifice, consistency, hard work, and learning from failure are crucial to success.
