L.A. is sort of a haven for pervs as it is, what with our Pacific beaches, pretty people and porn industry.
Now you have another reason to break out that telephoto lens: The Los Angeles World Naked Bike Ride, happening Saturday at noon in the Echo Park area.
It happens at a semi-secret (but public) location, to be exact (more on that at the bottom). You know LA Weekly will be there with our own tongue-wagging photogs:
But if you thought it was about getting an eyeful of strangers with seats between their legs, hold on there.
According to organizers:
The World Naked Bike Ride (WNBR) advocates and celebrates sustainable energy, environmentally-responsible living, human-powered transport and body-positive value.
After reviewing photos from the last event in L.A., we think it's also about letting your hair down, so to speak.
Organizers say it's legal, too.
Well, not exactly. What promoters say is that cops seem to have better things to do than trying to corral a group of nude pedal pushers.
You have to RSVP to go and find out the secret locale. And you have to be on a bike to participate. You can't creep around in a bush costume.
Unfortunately, you don't have to shave for this event. But you should.
