The 17th Anniversary of LAWineFest returns to Harry Bridges Memorial Park on Saturday, June 4 and Sunday, June 5 to raise awareness for the Los Angeles Boys & Girls Club. The weekend will feature tastings of award-winning wines from around the globe, craft brews, food, shopping boutiques and live music in the park next to the Queen Mary.?
Northridge Eats, a new Asian dining destination is open for lunch and dinner seven days a week, highlighting four Northridge restaurants. From specialty sushi handrolls to Thai Noodles and Hainan chicken to ramen and gyoza, Northridge Eats is located in a modern and casual setting with 14-foot exposed ceilings and floor-to-ceiling murals representing various parts of Asia. The Original Farmers Market will present their 26th Annual Gilmore Heritage Auto Show on Saturday, June 4 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. This year's car show theme is American Royalty, and will celebrate American automobiles including 80 vehicles like classic? American muscles such as Cadillacs, Imperials, Lincolns, Packards, and long-forgotten Duesenbergs.
Moo's Craft Barbecue, which started as an underground BBQ popup in an East Los Angeles backyard, will celebrate its one-year anniversary in its Lincoln Heights location throughout the month of June with Moo's and Friends. Each weekend Moo's Craft Barbecue will host guest pitmasters who will bring their specialties to East L.A.
Throughout the month, diners will also be able to purchase raffle tickets for an extreme barbecue kit a Yeti cooler filled with essential barbecue equipment, books, a Moo's gift card and more. Proceeds will benefit No Kid Hungry:
