The pizza reportedly took an hour and a half to arrive.

Not surprisingly, the delivery driver's tip wasn't the kind you might see at a four-star restaurant.

"It appears that the suspect wasn't happy with the tip that was left," a Covina police official told ABC Los Angeles. 

So the driver allegedly stabbed the customer in the neck and wrist, Covina police said in a statement. Perfectly normal.

Cops say it happened at 11:35 Saturday night when an altercation erupted in the 600 block of North Mangrove Avenue in Covina.

Domino's driver Michael Charles Parker, a 31-year-old from Glendora, stabbed a 20-year-old man "during an altercation over a delayed pizza delivery," police alleged in their statement.

L.A. County Fire Department paramedics took the victim to a hospital, where he was treated for "non-life threatening injuries," police said.

The suspect was tracked down at a Domino's outlet, cops indicated. Parker was arrested on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, they said. He was jailed but posted $30,000 bail, police said.

He was scheduled to face a judge March 21.
