PHOENIX, AZ (November 20, 2023) - On Thursday afternoon, police responded to a single-vehicle accident that killed Randy Stover.
The incident took place at the intersection of Central Avenue and Las Lomitas Street shortly after 3:00 p.m., November 9th.
According to the Phoenix Police Department, the collision involved only one SUV with four occupants. Upon investigation, they learned that 65-year-old Stover was driving the vehicle and they were headed northbound on Central Avenue.
