Seth Rogen, Lauren Graham, Wayne Brady and More Act Out for WriteGirl
Performing scenes and monologues written by teens in the WriteGirl program (which provides writing mentors to young girls in L.A.), Seth Rogen, Wayne Brady, Wendi McLendon-Covey (The Goldbergs), Kirby Howell-Baptiste (The Good Place), Keiko Agena (Gilmore Girls) and Stephanie Katherine Grant (The Goldbergs) offered highly entertaining performances expressing the thoughts, feelings and very real situations conjured by young screenplay writers of the future. Also featuring a silent auction and cocktail party, the charity event, held at Linwood Dunn Theater, was hosted by Lorelei Gilmore herself, Lauren Graham, who brought her infectious humor to the theatrical mix. All proceeds went to WriteGirl.
