Places that are set up almost strictly for sex we tend to call motels.

But one Carson loft owner with an entrepreneurial spirit has set up a per diem sex den that's could be a home away from home for porn producers.

Sex Loft LA is billed as a place "for both adult and mainstream video filming and photo shoots." That's all fine and well, but, getting back to that motel idea, the venue teases:

... The creative exotic space can be used for private sessions, events, parties, etc...

According to Curbed LA the 1,100-square-foot venue is even being marketed for ragers. The owner is quoted as saying:

"I do not have any neighbors so you can party as loud as you want till as late/early as you want!"

Damn. What else could you ask for. Oh yeah, Liberator-brand sex furniture, apparently. And a sex swing. Of course.
