R&R 2023 welcomed Smart Circles’ independent sales network, along with executives, leaders and clients worldwide. Together, they pulled off an event that fostered meaningful connections, showed appreciation for their work, and encouraged great fun and relaxation.

Executive of the Year Award: Zach Brown

Zach Brown is the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at Smart Circle. In 2019, he began as a Director of FP&A and rapidly ascended to Vice President within two years. His exceptional efforts and invaluable contributions cement him as a crucial member of the Smart Circle team.

Industry Leader Award: Brandy Larkin

Brandy Larkin is a Retail Scheduling Director at Smart Circle. She has an extensive background within the sales industry, extending back to 2001 and leverages those skills to work with retail clients to coordinate sales events. Her expertise has been instrumental to the team in several domains, including travel, home improvement, and roadshows.

Industry Leader Award: Ashley Metts

Ashley Metts is a Retail Scheduling Coordinator. She joined Smart Circle in 2012 as a roadshow manager and then an inventory reconciler. In 2020, Ashley began working with retail clients to ensure the smooth launch of sales events. Since then, she has proven an indispensable asset to the organization.

While these award-winners were honored for their contributions, it was clear throughout the event that Smart Circle is grateful for all their team members. They take immense pride in their team and their work, and they truly believe that investing in their people is the key to their success as a company. The remainder of the event was particularly special, with plenty of casual activities and downtime for personal adventures. Attendees indulged in delectable meals, relaxed by the pool, played beach volleyball, shopped to their heart's content, and danced all night. It was an unforgettable experience that everyone present will cherish for years to come.
