Muckleroy & Falls Construction CEO, Two Children Killed in Three-Vehicle Accident near Johnson City

FORTH WORTH, TX (December 5, 2023) - Wednesday, a three-vehicle accident claimed the lives of Zach Muckleroy, Judson Muckleroy, and Lindsay Muckleroy. The incident unfolded around 6:40 p.m. on November 22nd, on Highway 281 near Johnson City.

Responding authorities reported that the collision involved a Toyota Tacoma pickup truck, a Chevrolet SUV driven by Lauren Muckleroy, carrying 44-year-old Zach, 12-year-old Judson, and 9-year-old Lindsay, and a Nissan Versa car.

According to the Texas Department of Public Safety's findings, the Toyota, initially traveling northbound, crossed into the southbound lanes, resulting in a head-on collision with the Chevy. Additionally, the southbound Nissan collided with the Chevy, causing it to overturn. Zach, Judson, and Lindsay succumbed to their injuries at the scene.

The Toyota's driver was transported to the hospital but later passed away from the injuries sustained. Lauren, the driver of the Chevy, was taken to an Austin hospital with serious injuries and was identified as the sole survivor among the Chevy occupants.
