EL PASO, TX (September 12, 2024) – One person was killed Saturday evening, in a motorcycle collision on Bomarc Street.
Officers were called to the scene just before 7:30 p.m. on August 31st at the Transmountain overpass near Woodrow Bean and Parkland High School.
The circumstances leading up to the crash are still unclear, but reports suggest a collision occurred between a vehicle and a motorcyclist.
Due to the extent of injuries sustained, medics pronounced one individual dead at the scene. The victim’s identity and place of residence have not yet been disclosed by authorities.
The area was temporarily closed off by responding officers for cleanup and an initial investigation.
Authorities are actively investigating the incident, and more information about the fatal motorcycle crash on Bomarc Street will be shared as it becomes available.
