DALLAS, TX (October 19, 2023) – A pedestrian accident claimed the life of one woman on Canton Street, late Friday night.
At approximately 11:00 p.m., law enforcement arrived at the location near South Crowdus Street.
Preliminary investigations are underway to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident. It appears that a woman was attempting to cross the intersection when she was struck by a passing vehicle.
Emergency medical personnel arrived at the scene and declared the female pedestrian deceased. However, authorities have not disclosed her identity.
At this time, an active investigation to determine further information is still currently underway. Once available, more details will be provided.
